Dear Sanford Kramer Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Electric Inc.,
I thought you would want to know, I had the truck with the duck out to my house a couple weeks ago. The air conditioner was spitting out water on the floor, and although I thought I knew why, wasn’t about to try to mess with it myself and blow up the house. Our baby is 11 months old and I didn’t want her to be without air conditioning, either.
I found you listed online through Google, I called at about 8am, and [the Sanford Kramer technician (name removed for privacy)] was out to the house within a couple of hours. He was polite and cheerful, explained what went wrong (I was right about it being a blocked condensation line, but I wouldn’t have been able to fix it anyway), and he answered all my questions. He installed an EZ trap that fixed the current problem and also will make it easier to prevent a recurrence.
I just wanted to give you feedback that the whole experience was very positive. The girl who answered the phone told me when to expect someone at the house, and [the technician] did a great job. I thought you should know that, and I appreciated the service. I don’t hope to have trucks out to the house often, but I know where to call next time I need something.

Review #2 , Air Conditioning/Heating Maintenance, August 2009
To Whom it May Concern:
I had the pleasure of having Rene, the technician from your company, to service my Air Conditioning system last week. Rene was knowledgeable and courteous to my specific needs. My unit had been leaking for well over a week, to the point that the baseboards surrounding my laundry room have been damaged. It was determined that a pipe was clogged and I was advised that the unit was in need of a cleaning.
Throughout the process Rene explained each task (thoroughly) prior to entering my laundry room or my outside unit. I was fully aware every step of the way of his next steps, including helpful hints to keep my system running to the best of its ability. Rene displayed exemplary professionalism and courtesy.
I feel confident with my repair & I look forward to referring Sanford Kramer to my family and friends.

Dear Sanford Kramer Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Electric,
I am the administrator for our church and after spending what seemed like hours searching for an electrician for a Fire Inspection walk-through, I was referred by one of your plumbers, Anthony, to your electrical department. Within minutes of making the phone call, I was assured that an electrician would be out that day to not only give me an estimate BUT to do the work. I was flabbergasted. Well not only did my technician show up that day but he was 15 minutes early. Bryant, my electrical hero, was superb!! I have NO experience in this field at all. Bryant listened very closely to what our needs were, he asked me questions, and asked if he could just walk around my building to survey it. I was so impressed with his professional attitude, and service that I phoned my pastor and asked him to stop by and meet the tech, he did. Bryant assured me that the work could be finished in a timely manner, a little skeptical because another company told me 6/8 hrs., Bryant wasnt even close to that length of time. I left the building, had dinner and DURING my meal received a phone call saying he had completed the job!!!
This was by far the best experience we have ever experienced with a company. I actually sent out 10/15 emails to some other churches who are in the process of doing some upgrades and I referred them to Sanford Kramer, I dont do that normally.
So I just want to thank you, everyone from the young girl who took my early morning phone call, the amazing Bryant and the plumber who made the referral. You are an amazing company and that doesnt happen by accident, it takes an entire team of amazing people to accomplish this.

Review #4 , Heating and Cooling Zone Replacement, October 2009
Dear Mr. Kramer,
Recently, I had the misfortune of having to replace both heating and cooling zones in my nine year old home. However, I had the good fortune of finding your reputable company via a friend’s recommendation.
Some time ago, I had contacted your company for a minor problem with our downstairs humidifier. I was quite impressed with that experience, which led me to call on your company when my second level heat pump failed. There were several individuals from your company who left such a positive impression from EVERY customer service representative to the comfort advisor, to the five technicians who worked in my home. The technicians expertly installed the new Trane heat pump quickly and efficiently, leaving no trace of dirt behind! Six months later, my downstairs furnace and air conditioner failed. Once again, I relied upon Sanford Kramer’s expert team, and they did not let me down. The installation team expertly installed my new furnace, which was quite a job. They had to cut out drywall and install new PVC piping with incredibly small room within which to work. All the work was completed over the course of two full days, and, amazingly, one of the technicians performed the repairs while suffering from flu-like symptoms!
Since my new Trane equipment has been installed, I have had minor issues, and each time your technicians have made a service call, they have been exceedingly professional, caring, patient, and attentive. I am amazed by their expansive knowledge and dedication. You are truly fortunate to have these technicians on your team. With the holidays approaching, I hope that all aforementioned individuals will receive recognition for their accomplishments. It is so difficult to find honesty and integrity when it comes to home maintenance and repair, but Sanford Kramer epitomizes both concepts. Thank you for your commitment to hiring such class acts, and I wish you and your entire team a wonderful holiday season.

Dear Sanford Kramer Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Electric,
The purpose of this letter is to commend, in the strongest terms possible, one of your Field Supervisors!
I had been having serious problems with my upstairs toilet. No one could correct the problem. I spoke with your Field Supervisor and he said he would come out himself the next day. He was not only on time, he called to confirm.
He solved the long standing problem! Not only was he very knowledgeable, he was courteous, friendly, and most professional as well. Sanford Kramer should be proud to have an employee like him.

I had a service appointment on Tuesday and Jeremy was the “plumber” technician who came to our house. Jeremy is first rate! He was professional and listened to my description of the issues we were having with the plumbing in the house. He went out of the way to fix the problems right. I am very impressed with him and your support staff who took my request and called two days later to see if I was satisfied.
My wife has used another local plumber about two years ago, and there is no comparison. You are so far above the others!
Jeremy followed all of your “guidelines” including the “red carpet” and his booties! You definitely have taken the plumbing service to a new higher level.

Review #7 , Well Pump Plumbing Repair, January 2010 (From December 2009 Call)
Dear Mr. Kramer,
I simply want to send a note of thanks and appreciation for the outstanding service I received from your team last month. Our well pump decided to die on Christmas Eve 30 minutes before we sat down to dinner. I started calling for help never really expecting that there would be any available given the day and time. Most places didn’t even answer the phone and the one that did was unable to do anything.
Imagine my surprise when I called Sanford Kramer and your dispatcher in a friendly yet matter-of-fact tone said, “We will have someone there in 45 minutes.” It actually took less time than that.
From that point on our experience only got better. Your guys came back on Christmas Day and again the following day. The professionalism, cheerfulness and helpfulness of your team was, frankly, stunning. I have never experienced anything like it.
I couldn’t have been more impressed if my cat has started speaking German or my property taxes were decreased. (The former being more likely than the latter.)
Please give my heartfelt thanks to your team (names escape me). They have made me a customer for life.

Dear Mr. Kramer,
I am writing you this letter of commendation to one of your employees, a certain service technician named Erik, who, on the windy night of February 25, 2010, came by my residence within two hours of my emergency call to your office, and set up the means to replace a discomboomerated water heater that was leaking and causing a minor flood to the family room.
He shut down the leak and left after cogently explaining the situation. The following morning, he came by the residence at about noon with a replacement and completed the work in a timely manner.
What really impressed me about Erik’s professionalism was:
1) A truly high sense of customer service coupled with professionalism (which, in this day and age, is about as rare as hen’s teeth),
2) A truly high level of technical expertise and lastly
3) A didactic ability to explain to the technical sources of the problem and a long term solution in simple lay English.Erik is truly an asset to your company. I thought you should know of this.
