A water service break left 60 residents of a condominium community in Wheaton, Maryland without water yesterday. After the WSSC shut down the main water valve, management of the Bucknell Commons community called on Sanford Kramer Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Electric, Inc. to handle the emergency.
A team of Sanford Kramer technicians, including Sanford Kramer himself, arrived on the scene to assess the situation. The project required an emergency dig that would go well into the night. The Sanford Kramer technicians on the scene enthusiastically offered to help despite the project going above and beyond the techs’ normal working hours.
Working together like clockwork, the Sanford Kramer team—which included the techs on the scene, the backhoe operators on the scene, personnel in the office, and personnel in the warehouse—got the water turned back on by around 11:00 p.m. to the delight of the residents of the community.
Sanford Kramer, Master Plumber and President of Sanford Kramer Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Electric, was very proud of how his team came together to get the job done. “This simply demonstrates to me and everyone else involved that the Sanford Kramer Team is truly World Class,” Kramer said after water was restored to the community.
