We’ve had a long streak of how-to posts, both in video and written form, in the last few weeks. While we love giving you tips, we have to remind ourselves that those are not the only types of posts that we put up on this blog. To mix it up a little, here is some wonderful feedback that we received from a customer:
Dear Sanford Kramer Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Electric,
I am the administrator for our church and after spending what seemed like hours searching for an electrician for a Fire Inspection walk-through, I was referred by one of your plumbers, Anthony, to your electrical department. Within minutes of making the phone call, I was assured that an electrician would be out that day to not only give me an estimate BUT to do the work. I was flabbergasted. Well not only did my technician show up that day but he was 15 minutes early. Bryant, my electrical hero, was superb!! I have NO experience in this field at all. Bryant listened very closely to what our needs were, he asked me questions, and asked if he could just walk around my building to survey it. I was so impressed with his professional attitude, and service that I phoned my pastor and asked him to stop by and meet the tech, he did. Bryant assured me that the work could be finished in a timely manner, a little skeptical because another company told me 6/8 hrs., Bryant wasnt even close to that length of time. I left the building, had dinner and DURING my meal received a phone call saying he had completed the job!!!
This was by far the best experience we have ever experienced with a company. I actually sent out 10/15 emails to some other churches who are in the process of doing some upgrades and I referred them to Sanford Kramer, I dont do that normally.
So I just want to thank you, everyone from the young girl who took my early morning phone call, the amazing Bryant and the plumber who made the referral. You are an amazing company and that doesnt happen by accident, it takes an entire team of amazing people to accomplish this.
