It’s time for another installment of our Happy Customer Letter series. This letter comes from Cindy, who needed her home’s air conditioning repaired. The Sanford Kramer technician who helped her did a great job, and we are proud of his work.
To Whom it May Concern:
I had the pleasure of having Rene, the technician from your company, to service my Air Conditioning system last week. Rene was knowledgeable and courteous to my specific needs. My unit had been leaking for well over a week, to the point that the baseboards surrounding my laundry room have been damaged. It was determined that a pipe was clogged and I was advised that the unit was in need of a cleaning.
Throughout the process Rene explained each task (thoroughly) prior to entering my laundry room or my outside unit. I was fully aware every step of the way of his next steps, including helpful hints to keep my system running to the best of its ability. Rene displayed exemplary professionalism and courtesy.
I feel confident with my repair & I look forward to referring Sanford Kramer to my family and friends.
